Engaging your employees in positive vs. negative conversations can help change the culture of your organization. Rather than providing "constructive criticism" to fix a problem ask, "What can you do better than most everyone else?"  Rather than asking why something turned out poorly ask, "What is it you'd like to see happen differently next time?" Study what is working in your organization and build on those strengths.
